商務出行要在這個地區，這家公寓比較新。入住後發現公寓因為連結隔壁一家較為出名的私立醫院，所以服務對象主要是去醫院檢查的人和療養的老年人，所以早上餐廳90%以上都是長者。 不足之處：1. 早餐非常簡陋，沒有可吃的，基本沒吃飽。其中有一天客戶幫我買了早餐。餐廳管理也很混亂，沒有人帶領找座位。煎蛋的檔口也不管排隊，我要了一個雙面全熟的去拿別的，我看到他做好後就過去拿了，他説這個不是我的。但我去的時候檔口根本沒有人，他是在休息的狀態，我點了之後他才拿了雞蛋開始煎的。咖啡機不給用，用的是袋泡的放在壺裡煮煮的，味道堪比洗腳水。 2.下水道反臭，後面有工作人員處理過第二天好很多，但第三天還是有味道。 好的地方：1.對面就是商場，購物吃飯很方便；2.公寓硬件設施很新，也比較乾淨，按老年人的需求，有一些必要的措施，如扶手等。3.大堂的工作人員很不錯，辦理入住和退房很迅速。也在我第二天晚上回來的時候問我反臭的事情。

The facility is limited, only gym and swimming pools  Carpark is not complementary. Quite expensive. Stay one night, total pay RM20++ Breakfast is okay. Room is fully furnished.

Everything is good! It's just few steps from Sunmed and the staff are so helpful. Very clean and quiet. Best arrangement to stay few nights at Sanctuary after a tedious bunion surgery on both feet done at Sunmed. It makes the first week recovery bearable. Thank you so much, Hotel Sanctuary!

お部屋が広くて、豪華でした。 キッチン付き、巨大なテレビ、ベッドルームとリビングダイニングの部屋がわかれているのもよかったです。 病院が隣にあり、患者さんが利用されているのもよかったです。 體の弱い方に優しいホテルです。 高齢者や車いすが必要な方も、利用するのに快適だと思います。

房間裡非常乾淨整潔，是吉隆坡一家養老院，裡面住的都是有錢的長者👵，我感覺比正常酒店清靜，我是因為看劉德華誤打誤撞選擇這家酒店，假如以後再去吉隆坡我會繼續選擇這家酒店 （不介意旁邊是醫院🏥朋友）
